Melinda brings more than a decade of experience supporting the operational and administrative work that keeps organizations moving forward. Having partnered with both small business owners and leadership teams in global organizations, she understands the real-world challenges that growing teams face and the importance of steady, reliable support behind the scenes.

She has always admired the resilience of entrepreneurs and found that her strongest contributions come from creating structure in busy environments - organizing workflows, strengthening internal systems, and managing the day-to-day details that can easily slow progress. This perspective led her to establish South Fork Operations Co., with the goal of providing thoughtful operational support for businesses in need.

Outside of work, Melinda enjoys music, exploring, paddle boarding and kayaking on the lake, and spending quiet time at home with her husband and their two cats. Nature has long been both a source of inspiration and a reminder that progress is often sustainable when approached with patience and intention.

The name South Fork Operations Co. reflects this philosophy. Much like a trusted river guide helping travelers move confidently through changing currents, Melinda partners with leaders to help them navigate the flow of daily operations calmly and efficiently.
