Melinda brings more than a decade of experience supporting the operational and administrative work that keeps organizations moving forward. Having partnered with small business owners and leadership teams in global organizations, she understands the real-world challenges growing teams face - and the value of steady, reliable support behind the scenes.

Her strongest contributions come from creating structure in busy environments - organizing workflows, strengthening internal systems, and managing the day-to-day details that can easily slow progress. This perspective led her to establish South Fork Operations Co., bringing thoughtful operational support to small businesses and growing organizations across the Sacramento region and beyond.

Outside of work, Melinda enjoys music, traveling, paddle boarding on the lake, and quiet time at home with her husband and pets. Nature has long been both a source of inspiration and a reminder that progress is often sustainable when approached with patience and intention.
